Does anyone have any information on a Richard F. Milbank? I believe he was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia (I am assuming his family originated somewhere in England). He married Susan King in Cork County, Ireland in 1843. They soon after settled in Massachusetts where their daughter Annie Milbank was born(1845). If anyone can help me with this family name I would so appreciate it as "Milbank" doesn't seem to be a very common surname and so far I haven't had any luck with finding info on it.
