I recently found an old note that my grandmother had and I wish to know if anyone knows anything about these people. I attach the note as written.
"William Millford was a native of Tyrone County Ireland. Date of birth, who he married and when unknown. Was a member of the Kirk Church--same as Pres. Church--as far as we know he never came to the United States.

We know he had one son whose name was Robert.

Robert married Margaret Blair. They sailed from Ireland and landed at Charleston SC between 1760 and 1765. Tradition tells us that Margaret Blair was a mute; an unusually beautiful woman and a splendid Christian character.

This family was blessed with four sons-
William
Thomas
John
George

and perhaps daughters of which we have no record"
