Parents: William Herbert MILLARD b 19 Oct 1848 in Oswego Co., NY, d. 7 July 1924 in Columbia Co., WI. Wife Hannah Frances MARTIN b 27 Oct 1848 Oneida Co., NY, d. 25 Feb 1931 Columbia Co., WI.
