Looking for information on my ggrandfather. He was born March 29, 1881 place unknown. Died August 1, 1954 in Piatt County Illinois. He is buried in Monticello IL.
He married Nettie J. Hodge place unknown she was born March 27, 1887.

They had 2 girls. Mary Mildred Milligan (my grandmother) and Rose Mary Milligan.

They raise 2 of my grandma's children, and they are Milligan's.

Delbert's parents are William R. Milligan and Mary Mildred Parsons..both from Roene County Tennessee.

Delbert had one brother Guy Houston Milligan who was murdered in 1935 in Decatur Illinois

william R. Milligan's parents were James Milligan and Nancy Reed...both from Knox County Tennessee.
