Surnames: Milne
I'm looking for information on Alexander Milne born 1742 in Fochabers, Scotland and moved to New Orlands in 1790. He built Milneburg which I believe was in New Orleans, Between Bayou St John and the Shore of Lake Ponchartrain.

Any information would be gratefully received.
