Looking for the parents of James M. Milne (1871-1961) and Christina H. Stepel(?) (1875-1906). James was born in Iowa. It is known that his father was born in Scotland and his mother in Ireland. Christina was born in Germany as were her parents.

They had at least two children, Clarence F. Milne (1899-1972) and Clifford A. Milne. Clarence married Gladys G. Angel (1901-1980) and had at least 5 children. Their son, Clyde E. Milne (1922) is my grandfather.
