I am still seeking information about Alexander Minor of Shelby County, Tennessee (as noted in another entry on this message board), but now I am also searching for anyone who has worked up a family tree in which there appears the name of Margaret Minor of Chariton, Missouri. Margaret was born in 1810, married Henry Best. The couple bore the following children: Leonard, Elvin, Mary Jane, James, Sarah, Parmelia, and Viranda Best.
