When my Gminder's came to Pennsylvania from Reutlingen in Wuerttemberg (Germany) they changed the spelling to Minter and settled in Adams and York Counties in Pennsylvania then spead to Somerset, Hunterdon, Erie, Franklin, and Cambria Counties as well as Carroll Co, Maryland. Some went on to Deleware Co in Ohio, Indiana, Van Buren County, in Iowa, Marshall, Salene, McPherson and Dickinson Counties in Kansas, and all over Oklahoma. I am especially interested in the Minter's who stayed in Pennsylvania and do work on the others including associated families as well. Happy to share and cooperate.
