Charles Mitch, IV
Charles Mitch, IV, 27, of Marysville, Pa. and Seattle, Wash., passed away Sunday, December 14th, 2008 at Puget Sound VA Health Care Center, Seattle, Wash. Charlie was born in Harrisburg, on May 27, 1981, the son of Charles Mitch, III, of Tampa, Fla. and Cecilia Marie (Rose) Mitch of Marysville. He attended Bates Technical Institute Seattle, Wash., studying Web Page Design. He served in the U.S. Army with the 1st Special Forces Group, Airborne 2nd Batallion. A graduate of Susquenita High School, Class of 2000.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister: Brandy M. Mitch, Erie, Pa.,
a niece: Nichole M. Belczyk, Erie, Pa., maternal grandmother: Rosemarie Rose, Rutherford, Pa., paternal grandmother: Millicent Guido, Florida, seven aunts and one uncle. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 in St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Visitation will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday in the Michael J. Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville from 11:00 a.m. to Noon on Tuesday at the church.
Burial with military honors
will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Charles Mitch Benevolent Fund, BECU, P.O. Box 97050, Seattle, WA 98124.
