Hi!

I just searched the LDS microfilm #928487 Index to Complete Court Records.

I found the following entry for my 4th gr grandfather Francis Moffatt.

page 209 Moffat, FranB vs. S.H. Green page 180 Bk. M page 541.

I don't have any more info on this case. This is the first time I have seen the middle initial B. Also, the name Moffatt has been spelled many different ways. I'd be glad to correspond with anyone on this family.
