Looking for information on William Moffett born circa 1823 in County Longford, possibly in the Townland of Longford. His father was Robert Moffett but have no idea on mothers name. He would have left Ireland before the age of 28 and gone to North Meols, Churchtown, Southport, Lancashire County, England. He may have left Ireland with a Mary Lester or met her in North Meols but they were married there. Any additional information about his life in Ireland and England would be appreciated. Any information about his life after England is offered to those interested.
