Henry Wilbur Momberger was a contractor, builder of high quality homes in northern Baltimore. Many homes along Belvedere Ave were built by him. He and Amiee Kirch (sp) had one son, Henry, Jr. who "was a handful". Henry Jr married, had a child, and seemed to fall out of sight. Henry and Amiee lived in a large colonial house on a hill on Stevenson Lane, between York Rd and the golf club. He had a Chris Craft cabin crusier that he had docked in Annapolis, MD, taking many fishing trips, primarily for rock fish. Amiee's family (or brother) had Kirsch's deli on York Rd, just S of Belevedre Ave. Henry and Amiee were known for their lavish New Years Eve Parties. Era was 1940's through 1950's.
