I have located a marriage record for William C of Spring Arbor and Clarrissa Harrington of Spring Arbor thru the FHC microfilms of DAR publications: Jackson Co, Michigan Marriages 1833-1870. Dated 8 September 1864.

According to the census for 1870 Elizabeth Roberts father was William and mother Clara.
