If you are a Montana with French descent (or if you don't know what nationality), please respond. There were many children born to my great grandfather in the late 1800's but I've only found two lines from them. Most Montana's are Italian or Hispanic, but there are very few French. This branch came to America in the Maine/Massachusetts area. May have drifted to New Orleans later, but not sure. Thanks.
