I am looking for a Roberto Montero who may have resided in St. Louis. Missouri around the end of the 1960's and beginning of the 1970's. The man I am looking for would have been friends with a woman named Ruby Dent/Speers/Smith and would have frequented a restaraunt on Chippewa St. in south St. Louis.
