Hello,
I'm a little stuck. My great grandfather's name is Arturo Placido Montes born in 1921 and lived in El Paso, married to Hortencia Esparza. His parents were Tiburcio Montes and Guadalupe Orona presumably (from what I could find) both were born in Mexico. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
