Thanks for finding information on the spelling of Monture. Ethel Brant-Monture was my great-grandmother. She buried on the Six Nations Reserve along with my great-grandfather Wilbur Monture. Here on the Reserve there is both spelling of Monture, Montour. I am relative to both sides of these family because two sister married cousins. These two women being my Great-grandmother Ethel and my Great-Aunt Charolette.
