Moore Family - Putnam, New York (early to mid 1800's)

I am trying to find information on a Jane "Jennie" Moore who was born in August of 1842 in Putnam Township, Washington County, NY.
Jane married Horace Hawkins Hart abt. 1863 there as well. They moved from Putnam, NY to Pittsford, VT in the 1870's and then both Jane and Horace Hart were buried in Putnam, NY when they died.
I don't know when Jane died or who her parents were. Jane's father was born in New York and her mother was born in Scotland.
Any help is appreciated!
