I am trying to find my relatives in Italy. I know my Great Grandfather was Joseph Morelle. His real last name was Morello. They originated somewhere in Calabria. He had 8-10 brothers and sisters who were born throughout the world, mostly in South America. Joseph's father was a Morello and he was a "traveller." Joseph settled in Utica, Central New York in the 1920's or 1930's. He changed his name to Morelle and had forsaken the family name. I am trying to reconnect with relatives, or at least know where my family lived. If a relative of Joseph Morelle could help in identifying the name of his father, please help. No one really knows the family line.
