Yes, John Morrison of Baskingridge, NJ died in 1753. He was the son of Thomas Morrison, originally from Northern Ireland. Thomas is believed to have died around 1755-1757.
John had nine children and his wife's name was Margaret. At least one of his sons was a noted Revolutionary war hero and his descendents later removed to the Kentucky and Ohio areas.
