MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Services for Donald W. Morse, Muscatine, will be at Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, Muscatine.
Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park. Mr. Morse died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Unity Hospital, Muscatine.
He owned his own service station, Don's 66, on Grandview Avenue in Muscatine for many years and later was a manager of the Super Wash.
He was born Nov. 4, 1918, in Muscatine. He married Dorothy Herlein in 1938 in Muscatine. She died in 1998. During World War II, he served in the Army.
Survivors include daughters, Patricia Efflandt, Silvis, Ill., and Sharon Weggen, Debbie Calvert and Lisa Phelps, all of Muscatine; sons, Tom, Eldridge, Michael, Reedley, Calif., and Dennis, Muscatine; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Thelma Burnett, Muscatine.
