Morton family
My Gr.Grandparents David Morton and Margaret Wilson lived in the townland of Corran in the Killashandra parish Co Cavan. They were both 70years old in the 1841 census making their births around 1770 and they married in 1790. Both said they were born in Co Cavan but I could not find either their births or marriage in the Killashandra Church of Ireland records. David's brothers were William and Edward and their father could possibly have been either Robert or John Morton. Does anyone have any Mortons from other parishes in either Co Cavan or Co Fermanagh that might tie into them? Any help would be appreciated.
