Christian Mosbach was my great great Grandfather - my paternal grandfather was the Ernest Peter born to Christian and Elizabeth Greschner who were married in a Catholic Church ceremony in Mile End, London - my father was Ernest William Mosback, though the surname on Ernest Peter's marriage certifiate is spelled Mosbach - I can only assume the name was anglicised in the run-up to the first world war when nay (including the Royal Family )assumed less germanic names.

'Great Aunt ' Mary (Poulter nee Mosbach) lived in Walthamstow London, though I don't have the address - my sister Lesley and I visited her as childfen in he 1940's - great aunt Minne lived in the Hayes middx area I think though I never met her. We have one son Peter James Mosback who lives and works in Span and one duaghter Sarah Jane Mosback who lives and works in London - I hae varioius copies though not a complete set of marriage, birth and death certificates and would very much appreciate a reply with more information - if possible about the Bavaria connection - I have visited th little town of Mosbach on the Neckar, bt could not find any traces there - though I didn't search official records - lookoing forward to news
