THIRD MYSTERIOUS MURDER
Muskogee: Willie Mose, a full-blood Creek was murdered in the woods twenty miles west of Eufaula and the remains have just been found. There were three Indians arrested for the murder but they were discharged on a preliminary hearing. This is the fourth murder of a similar nature within this section within the year and there has not been a conviction yet. This is close to Flat Rock where the Snakes have been encamped all winter, and it is supposed that they are responsible though it is impossible to get proof.
