Thomas Herbert Freeman born 27 Mar 1916 in Hollis Oklahoma and died Thursday, 20 Jul 2000, in Norristown, Pennsylvania of respirtory failure. He was a son of the late Thomas Harrison and Elizabeth (Motley) Freeman. He resided in Phoenixville and formerly of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. He was employed before his retirement as Lubrication Engineer and chief chemist.
He was a 1934 graduate of Hollis High School in Oklahoma, he studied Chemical Engineering and physics at the Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
In the late 1970's he founded the American Motley Association and continued it until the mid 1990's when he let it become inactive because of his age and ill health.
I, Lawrence Thomas Motley, Senior, was sent most of his genealogy records and am still in the process of sorting and placing them in my computer. I encourage all Motley's, Motlow's, Mottley's and associated names, their ancestors and decendents to send me their lines to be blended together with others of our line. All Motleys, worldwide and domestic, black and white, and their ancestors are needed.
