Henry/Heinrich Maul/Moul who was born PA, 1791 and married Christiana (b. PA.) Heinrich's children were born in PA between 1823 and about 1846. I have found the birth records for two children in Strayers' (Salem) Church, York Co., PA. His daughter Catharine, b. 1823, was sponsored by Catharina MAUL. I have found the person I believe to be Henry in 1830 Dover, York, PA. About 1847 the family moved to OH, settling in Franklin Co., where Henry died in 1847. His widow married Thomas FLOWER(S). Some of Heirich's children raised families in Madison and Licking Co., OH; others moved to KS and MO. Son Emanuel MAUL and his descendants in OH used the spelling MOWELL for the surname.
