I am trying to locate the marriage for the parents of:
Francois MOUSSEAU married 22 Nov 1825 to Domithilde HAMEL, Ste-Crois, Quebec.

The Loiselle file and the parish entry for the above couple's marriage lists Francois' parents as "Frs & Julie Janviene, L'Assomption" (Francois MOUSSEAU & Julie Janviene, L'Assomption, Quebec). I have been unable to locate a marriage between Francois and Julie in Tanguay, Jette, Loiselle, Drouin etc.

I was advised by fellow researchers that his parents were actually "Louis MOUSSEAU and Marie Madeleine Veine, married 09 Mar 1764 in L'Assomption, QC" - there was also apparently a brother Thomas MOUSSEAU, m Charlotte Vaillant July 27, 1811; but there was no source listed for either. There is a marriage listed for this Louis MOUSSEAU and M.Madeleine Venne, but on 09 Feb 1779 (he was married twice before this).
