YOUNGSTOWN — A funeral service will be held Thursday for William Jack Mowry,
2965è Roosevelt Drive, Youngstown. He passed away peacefully Saturday evening, June 7, 2008, in Forum Health Northside Medical Center after a brief illness. He was 63.


Mr. Mowry was born July 11, 1944, in Greenville to Albert and Alice Long Mowry.

For several years, he was a bakery manager at Giant Eagle, Youngstown.

William was an animal lover who enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with his family. He was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are: two sons, Eric Mowry, Greenville; and Kevin Mowry, Kinsman; a daughter, Alicia Mowry, Pennsylvania; his former wife, Karen Mowry, Greenville; two sisters, Evelyn McCracken, Transfer; and Jean Benedetto, Greenville; and two brothers, Harry Mowry, Defiance, Ohio; and Harvey Mowry, Greenville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Albert Mowry Jr. and Donald Mowry.
