Looking for information on Rebecca Jane Moxley. She was born about 1871? and married Solomon Smith in Clay County, WV in 1887. I have not found her in the 1880 census, nor does her family appear to be in WV in the 1870 census.

Solomon and family were in the Webster Co. WV census in 1870 and 1880. Clay and Webster are adjacent so the couple may have gone from Webster County to marry. The bride was 16 years old.
