I have seen the will for George Moye. I did not make a copy of it, but abstracted it. My notes state the following:
Craven Co, NC Wills p. 239 George Moye dated 4/28/1822. Wife: Fanny, son John, daughters, Louisa, Sophia Hud, Nancy Tuttle, Betsy Little, Sarah Anderson, son-in-laws, Thomas Hud, Thomas Tuttle, David Little. Proved 6/1823

The will can be viewed at a LDS Family History Center using microfilm #18619

I am a descendant of George's brother, Marmaduke. I have copies of their father's will and Marmaduke's will. Let me know if you'd like a copy of either.
