I'm searching the names Muldowney/Mulldownay from Co. Mayo to York, England and Dunlevy/Dunleavy/Dunlavy from Mayo or Sligo. Bridget Dunlavy, b. abt/ 1832 in Mayo to John Dunlavy & Sarah ? (their birth abt. 1800). Bridget m. James Muldowney at St. Wilfrid's in York 1853.
The UK 1851 Census shows Sarah & Bridget living in York along with other families by names of: Rone/Royne/Rohan/Rogan and Judge. A death cert. for John Muldowney dated Jan 14, 1875 shows William Rogan, Cousin, living at 21 Florence St., Middlesbrough, York, as informant.
Would like to know if the Muldowney, Dunlavy, Rogan names are in any of your family trees?
