My birth surname was Mulkins, I am fairly sure my first and middle name, Gloria Jean, came with me but not positive. It is possible my father was Lloyd or Floyd Mulkins and mother Frances. I was born May 14, 1940., Seattle Washington. In those days records were tight closed and now are mostly impossible to open or find. I was adopted by Mary and Mel Miner. Can you help? - Thank you.
