Aaron Mullis, born 1817, was the son of William Mullis, born abt 1786, married Nancy Quinn, later went to GA. William is the son of James Marshall Mullis, Sr., born ca 1760, and Mary Blackston/Blackstone. James is the son of John Mullis and Margaret Brumbelow. Aaron's wife was Margaret Simpson. James Marshall Mullis is the brother of my GGGG-grandfather, John Jackson Mullis, husband of Rachel Brewer
