Munns, Daniel Arthur
MUNNS-Daniel Arthur Munns, passed away May 20, 2007 in Arcadia. He was born in Los Angeles on September 3, 1928 and was a resident of Arcadia and Monrovia for over 55 years. He was preceded in death by wife, Virginia, to whom he had been married for 57 years. Dan and Ginger were original members of the Church of the Good Shepherd and enjoyed the friendship they had with the Co-Weds. Dan graduated from USC with a degree in architecture and had his own practice in Monrovia for the last 50 years and designed many commercial offices and business in the area. He was a caring, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by a large group of loving family members, Valinda Vaughn, Van Munns, Bruce Munns and Vianne Bland. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA., 22312. A memorial service will be on Tuesday, May 29, 11:00 A.M. at Church of the Good Shepherd. Douglass & Zook Mortuary, Monrovia. 626-358-3244.
