I have some ancestors that had the middle name of Murat,
surname was Reed. Wonder if there is anyone who might have a Reed connection in a Murat family. These people were descendants of Reed in NC during the mid to late 1700s . The name Murat shows up in the early 1800s. Also wondered if the Reed came out of PA down thru VA. Have found the name of a Murat, VA. close to the Old Wagon Road area.
Anyone with any info?
