Charlotte Emily Elizabeth (nee) Abraham (My Great Grandmother) and Charles William Murdock (My Great Grandfather) . Married on December 22nd 1900. Had 5 Children in Nottinghamshire, there names being William Clement born:1901, Charles Arthur born:1904, Nellie born:1905 (My Grandmother),John Arthur born: 1907, Jane Rose born:1909 in Nottinghamshire England. They all came to Australia during the year 1901. They where out here in Brisbane Queensland Australia.When the 6th Child Walter Abraham was born:23/7/1911. After this Charlotte Emily Elizabeth Murdock (nee) Abraham suffered a mental illness and was admitted to the Mental Asylum Goodna for 13 years. All 6 Children where fostered out to families in Esk, including my Grandmother.
Charlotte Emily Elizabeth Murdock (nee) Abraham died: in the Asylum on the 23rd of July 1927 aged 53. The missing link to this story that I have been hunting and hunting for is Charles William Murdock born: 17/1/1879, death unknown (My Great Grandfather) his last record of him being in Australia was 1919 Electoral at Bundaberg Queensland Australia. After 1922 there is no other record of him being in Australia. I would really like to know did he return to England and if so where is he buried.
