James P. Musack, 23, of Riverside, Iowa, died of injuries suffered in a non-combat related incident in Samarra, Iraq, on Nov. 21. Musack was assigned to the 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For further information related to this release the media can contact the Fort Hood public affairs office at (254) 287-9993.</description>
