Johannes Musselman is my gr-gr-gr-gr-great-grandfather. He came over the ocean on a ship called Patience in 1748. The captain of the ship was John Browne. Johannes boarded the ship at Rotterdam (though he was born in Germany in 1731). His parents are unknown.He married Mary ___? in Germany. Her maiden name is unknown. The ship brought them to Philadelphia PA. Together they had many children: 1.Anna born 1768 in Shenandoah Virginia. Married to David Groff/Grove/Graft/Graff the spelling is unsure.2.Jacob born 1770 in Shenandoah Virginia. Married 3times(Mary Rufner January 11 1797 in Shenandoah Virginia. She died in Ohio on Sept 8 1826 and was buried in the Pleasant Run Cem in Pleasantville Fairfield Co Ohio, Elizabeth Caldwell on April 23 1821 in Shenandoah Virginia, Susanna Bibler on May 8 1808 in Fairfield Ohio.) 3.Mary born 1772 in Shenandoah Virginia and married 2times (Tobias Rufner Sept 17 1793 in Shenandoah Virginia and Abraham Hite)4.Barbara was born 1774 in Shenandoah virginia 5.Joseph(Senior) was born inShenandoah Virginia. married Elizabeth Decious April 8 1814 in Virginia. He died November 28 1814. 5.Susanna born January 15 1775 in Shenandoah Virginia. married William (Sr.)Greenlee 1808 in Kanawha Virginia. She died June 4 1873 in Summitville Madison co. Indiaia.
