Researching Samuel MUSTER and his wife Susanna KUNZLER (sp?), both born in Switzerland around 1830. They emigrated to NY in 1864 and had at least four children: Sophia, Rosina, Bernhard, Heinrich (maybe also Fritz). All but Sophia died in NY as babies. Samuel and Susanna moved to Valparaiso, IN between 1876 and 1880. Samuel may have had a brother (John or Johann) there in Valparaiso, who was married to Barbara BURKHART. Sophia married John Patrick FANNING in Chicago in 1881and raised seven children there.

Any connections out there would be much appreciated.

I am looking for information on my mother-in-law's family. Her father, Paul Taylor MUSTER died when she was a young girl and she never knew any of his relatives. His father was Fred L MUSTER and his mother was Mary Ellen WELCHANEE. The 1920 census shows that he had an older sister named Goldie MUSTER. Fred L. was born in Ohio, but that his parents were from Switzerland. Paul was born on 3/25/1906 in Bellaire, OH. He married Rose Edith Murray in Dec. 1926 and died in 1939 in Boynton Beach, FL. Paul and Rose had three children, Cheryl MUSTER (b 1927), Mary Lou Muster (b 1929) and Paul Taylor II MUSTER (b. 1931). If anyone has information regarding this line, I would greatly appreciate it.
