SHENANDOAH--Incorporation of a foundation for the purpose of sponsoring research and experimental work in agriculture and similar fields has been accomplished under the name of the Midwest Agricultural Foundation.
Four Shenandoah men, J. W. Nicholson, E. A. Read, Henry Field, and Maurice McNeilly; and Ralph Mygatt, Des Moines; Joseph F. Cox, T. P. Smith, and A. A. Henneman, Omaha; Luke P. Vassar, Fairbault, Minn.; and Russell Rulon, Yankton, S.D., composed the incorporators.
The foundation will operate through college, schools and governmental agencies in establishing scholarships and fellowships.
