Re: George Robert P Mynett

Hi FMWCMW,

This is a long shot but do you have any information on the origins of your Mynett christian names? I have Victoria Jessie and Ellen Maud in my Mynett tree but they come from Gloucestershire. Mine have a tendancy to use chirstian and second names with a family connection and I am wondering if your names and ours are more than just coincidense. We also have George and Eliza's as well of which the earliest seems to be a Marriage between George Mynett c1801 and Elizabeth ? and then George and Ann Mary Chew (2nd Marriage) m 1839. Possible Surnames linked to the Mynetts are Chew, Lidiatt, Stephens, Adey, Clifford, Leech and Lewis. Do any of these appear in your family? We also have a spelling variation of Minett.

Many thanks - Mark
