You state that you have Alanson's pension records and know of his place of burial. Maybe you can help me. I have that he died 26 Mar 1866 Lincoln, Adams Co. WI. The 1907 Adams County Press states the the Badger Post No. 122, G.A.R. will furnish a Memorial Flag for Alanson Myott in the Rock Cemetery, Adams Co. (Gould Rock Cemetery, New Chester.) I also located that a Government Headstone was sent to New Chester Cemetery, New Chester. Maybe it was sent there with others, to be placed in the Gould Rock Cemetery. Virgil O.
