Those poor relations in Bucks County PA

Having trouble finding relatives in Bucks County in early 1800s. They might have been poor. Here is alist of children whose parents could not afford to pay school tuition, and the county paid it for them. A law was past in the early 1800s which enabled parents to claim poverty so their children could go to school. Most parents did not claim poverty, so another law was past later on that enabled the county to determine who needed assistance, so the kids would go to school. Here is the list I found in a book in Spruance Library, Doylestown PA. I have only included the Nailor/Naylor children here. Many other children are listed.
