My Grandfather was Silent frank Nall who married Vera Faye Nall, My father was frank franklin Nall, my Mother is Peggy Noreene Nall. my father died in 1975. His siblings include Merle findley, shirley Nall, Patricia Nall, Leon Nall, velma Nall, virginia nall. I just learned of my grandmothers death online. She passed away last year without me ever knowing her. My Name is Tammy Jean Nall. I would love any futher information that any one could give me. I am intrested in finding my siblings brian nall, and miranda nall. her mother was teresa nall.

Hi,
I was so excited to see your rootsweb message about the cemetery. We have been looking for info for years on the inn that Carr Bayliss family owned during the Civil War, since this is where Richard Norris Roland met the daughter Amanda Nalls. RN Roland and Amanda Nalls are my gggrandparents. Their granddaughter, Marion Conrad Roland is 93, my grandmother and still living, independantly and has a great memory. I have extensive history on them. I am looking for info on this inn and the cemetery. If you have any info I would appreciate any, and will gladly share with you.

I understand there is also a Nall web site, but can't find it.

Your mother's book was such a big help to my family. I really did not know when I started looking into the Nalle/Nall family was that big. I was blessed to get a copy of the book. I was able to add my family line into my database, and correct any problems that was in the book. I wanted to thank all the hard work that your mother did to produce a wonderfull book.

Matthew Nall was born around 1755 Castletown Derbyshire England, he married Eliz Bennett before moving north to Garrigill near Alston Cumberland, They had three sons, Israel 1784, Enoch 1796 and Matthew 1802 the family were lead ore miners often leasing from large corperations. Israel's son Isreal was born in 1824 and died in 1900 at Lafayette Winconsin He married a German lass Margrett Vogel
The Nall's are recorded in Derbyshire in 1600's

I've about reached the conclusion that Elizabeth was not married to Thomas, but to his father, Issac Barnes, who died in 1864 (which could make her a Civil war widow & eligible for the pension). My records show Issac married to an Elizabeth, but it shows her last name as Barnes, also, at birth. My connection from Issac to Thomas is good, but cannot find that Thomas married to anyone except a woman named Ruth. Possible 2 Thomas Barnes of same age in same township, one married to Ruth & one to Elizabeth Nall?

I saw your post and I believe that my grandfather is Red(william nall) my father is also william nall and my brother is william nall as well I remember hearing my father speak of dutch. Red Nall resided in east prairie Mo. oh yeah they called my dad dobbins...

The Nalls and Mt. Moriah Church in Hickman County, KY

Hello, Nall family and researchers. I am researching the Hoskins family lines out of Hickman County, and have recently been told by someone that the Mt. Moriah Church (on 58, east of Clinton) was founded by members of the Nall family, likely back in the 1870s. I'd like to find someone who can offer more information on this. Also, possibly in the area any record of a Friendship Methodist Church that may no longer be there but might have been in same vicinity as a Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church that is there east of Clinton.

I'm trying to find out more on Nalle and Thomas Burke and have found nothing else. I ran into the name Abigal as a wife and or sister to Marin Nalle, too. Her name appears on the Thatcher grant for land before Martin's name.

I am the daughter of Parker Nall Jr., born in Ill., on 2/25/29. My grandfathter, Parker Nall Sr. died in Portland, Oregon in 1975, his wife's name was Mary. I don't know much else. Parker Nall Jr. died in 2005, Jan. 3rd. in Midland, North Carolina.

Thank You I added Richard Nall To my tree and was able to go back several generations. Mary Ann was my GGG-Grandmother she and her husband John Vance Cotter both died 9 Sept 1871 within minutes of each other and are buried in the same grave at the Old Stone Church cemetery in Ringold Georgia
