I am interested in information on a Rebecca maiden name unknown who married first a man with the surname of NANNIE and second a man named HUTCHISON. Rebecca was born about 1834 in KY and was residing in Marshall, Kentucky in 1880 with her second husband. Rebecca had one child by her first husband, that I know of, and she was Nancy NANNIE born about 1873 in KY.

I am searching for an obituary for my G Aunt Nannie or Nancy or Annette McCormick who diee in Texas in the Forth Worth area between 1919 and 1928. Also, her daughter, Clara M. Arthur in the same area died in the 40's,50's or 60's. Also, another daughter Bessie Curtis in the same area.

I have "NO bad feelings about her. I have so many stories and mysteries about her. So if you could, ask your mom to see if she could get Clara to write me. The past is history and we do as best we can. I never knew about Clara and my dad till 1995. Then it was like all the 45 years of hiden secrect files opened up and.... it almost became to easy to find family.

Drop me a line as soon as possible. and thank Ancestry.com for maybe... another reunited family.

This is my natural mom. She married a sailor in 1948, my
dad, Franklin T. Wheelhouse and they lived in Key West Fl.
She was from the Mortons Gap/ Dawsons Springs Kentucky area.
She was raised by a Nannie family, so she may have been adopted? or a family or neighbor or church related adoption/ raising. Any word on Clara's present location would be so
helpfull. If alive, she would be about 80?

New information is comeing in. Clara was born about 1930.
Her father was Oscar Jeff Patterson. Her mom, Mattie Nannie.
Her middle name is Dee. Della may have been a family nickname. She would be about 72 now, if still alive. Her last known where abouts was Charlston, S. Carolina.

Hello, Randy!! Yes, I am still here! My mom is Clara Dee's sister. Clara Dee called my mom about 2 months ago asking for money and if she could come and stay with us in Ky. My mom told her yes, but, Clara never called back. My mom Eithel Pearl Patterson (Vaught) is still alive and well and just turned 72 on Sunday..I think mom knows where Clara is, I will call and ask her!!! I hope you get this! Clara had a daughter named Roberta who was very friendly with Henry Winkler. Clara told mom when she called that Roberta had been killed in a motorcycle accident! I will get back to you Cousin!!!

Hi, I am looking for info. on a Jim (James) Nannie from T.N. Smith Co. Shows Jim married to a Mary Coulter. Mary is of Native American Ancestory. So the family says. Jim had a brother Lige.1920 cencus shows Lige and wife Minnie in Smith Co. T.N. also Jim And first wife Mary both w/children. Parents of Jim are Lew Allen(Cass) Nannie and Susan Powell or Howell. William Nannie

All I know about William is that he was born in Tn. Sept., 1864 and that he married a Laury Billingsley. I know their children were, my grandmother Madie, Fred, Virgel, Hershall, Bessie, and Roscoe. Also, Laury supposedly took off with another man around 1914 and went to Tn. This man supposedly killed her there around 1921-22. I've checked for death records there and can't seem to find anything. I don't know if it's your mother or father that's related to the Nannie side, but William was my mother's grandfather and she knows a couple of Roscoe's kids. My ggrandfather is William Nannie b. about 1856,Va. and he married a Laury Billingsley b. about 1863 and we believe her mother was cherokee. William and Laury had 2 daughters, one was my grandmother Maydie Frances Nannie b. 11-15-03 in Glasgow, Ky. She married Frank Kingery and they had 6 or 7 children. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
