      <description>Hey, just doing a search for Navy and ran across this. There have been previous posts by my dad's cousin Bill Navey (of course he spells it wrong :D). We have a family tree that gets us back to about 1790 in NC. Other than that, we have no clue and since we can't agree on the spelling, I assume "Navy" isn't really the right name. Anyone have any clues to provide with me having to spend out the butt??? Anything would help.       <description>I am looking for descendants of John Jackson Navey and Martha M. Franklin Navey. Their children were Elias Navy, 23, N. C., William E. Navy 19, N. C. this inf. came from the 1880 Carter Co., Tn. census record, a sister named Susan is not listed in the 1880 census in Carter Co., Tn. John Jackson Navey died in the Civil War and Martha remarried to Harvey Justice. they are listed in the 1880 Carter Co., Tn. Martha was a sister to my great grandpaw Isham Franklin.
