Does anyone have any information on William Henry Neel? He was born in Butler Kentucky and married Nancy Belle Womack. I'm not sure how many children they had. One of them was named Thomas Houtse Neel. Thomas was married to Corrine Hambrick. They all died in Wayne County, Illinois. Thank you.
