      <description>I'm sorry, but I don't know anything more Daniel's family or where he came from than what I originally posted.  I have his name on a tombstone, that it..  The newspaper that would've carried his obituary has a gap for that week so that possible source in info is lost.  Perhaps sometime in the future I'll have more info.</description>

      <description>My g g g grandfather was Daniel Nehmer (birth year UK) in Kostenhagen, Prussia.  He married Maria Gruenberg and they had 6 children (Regine, Christine, Sophia, Frederick, Christian, Daniel).       <description>My great great grandfather, John Nehmer, was born in Germany in 1826/7 and died in Nunica Michigan in 1903.  I believe he was married to a Louisa, but I have no proof.  They had 4 children, one of which was Matilda, my great grandmother, born in 1862.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Are any of these people related to your Nehmers?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'd love to hear from you.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;thanks,&lt;br&gt;Bill Peterson</description>
