Virginia Nehring, 69, of San Diego died Friday. She was born in New York and was a quality-control inspector in the aerospace industry. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include her sons, Eugene Anderson of San Diego, David Anderson of La Mesa and Mike Nehring of Gardena; sister, Angela DiGiovani of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; brothers, John Bandiera of San Diego and Vince Bandiera of Laguna Hills; and three grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. today, Erickson-Anderson Chapel, 8390 Allison Ave., La Mesa. Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 4/3/2003. (volunteer submission)
