Can anyone help me locate the cemetary that William Andrew Neighbors and his daughter Millie Neighbors-Kelley are buried in? I have a death certificate for Millie but cannot makeout the cemetary. It reads either Clark Hill or Oak Hill.

William Andrew Neighbors was born Oct. 5, 1853, died in Garland County, Arkansas on Apr. 6, 1929.

Millie Neighbors-Kelley was born Jan. 1902 and died Dec. 26, 1926. Her spouse was Noah Kelley.
